Portfolio Risk & Asset Management

Goal:

Build an end to end Early Warning System that will provide asset management account executives with the necessary tools to identify and mitigate risks and act before a loan reaches non-performance.

Problem:

Risk identification & mitigation. Reduce loan defaults, lower program costs and risks as a result of fewer claims. Pro-activedue diligence, resulting in lower defaults.

Solution:

• Built an end-to-end a solution to integrate data from Federal, State, Third Party and External agencies to get a holistic view of properties.

• Built algorithms, dashboards, risk reports, and daily risk alerts in real time when facilities in the portfolio are at risk, or have a decline in their current risk rating or receive risk triggers.

• Alerts when facility receives a high number of deficiency citations or customized alerts based on customer needs.

• Built risk rating algorithm to assess risk from a financial standpoint.

• Built data visualization tools comprising of 30+ dashboards to quickly identify risks at various levels.
